Fabric sourcing
We match cloth to climate and wash cycle, not to the cheapest roll available. You see swatches and GSM before anything is cut.

Pattern making & size grading
Your existing size standard is measured and graded into a full set. Quantities per size follow the market benchmark for distribution, with a buffer agreed up front so nobody is left without a shirt in week two.

Embroidery & printing
Chest crests, sleeve tipping, sublimation and screen print, run from your artwork guidelines file. Colour and placement are approved on a sample before bulk.

Inspection & packing
Pieces are inspected, then sorted and bagged by size and grade, so distribution day is a handover rather than a sorting exercise.

75% on signing, by bank transfer. Banking details follow confirmation.

45 working days from the advance transfer and the complete artwork file.

Packed by size, delivered to your premises. Remaining 25% on delivery.
Supplied alongside the uniform
Safety equipment quoted on the same order, so you deal with one supplier and one delivery.
